Annex B – Robustness Requirements. The following text is copied from the SDMI PD Specification Section 10: GENERAL SCOPE These Robustness Requirements apply to implementations (“Implementations”) of the SDMI Portable Device Specification, Part 1, Version 1.0 (the “Specification”) and are incorporated in the Specification. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Specification. OBJECTIVE Implementations shall protect SDMI Protected Content against unauthorized access, copying and distribution. Implementations shall maintain SDMI Protected Content in a protected state or a protected environment at all times except while such Content is being rendered in decompressed form.

  • Separateness Requirements Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement and any provision of law that otherwise so empowers the Trust, so long as any Certificates are outstanding, the Trust shall perform the following:

  • Specific Requirements 7.4.1 Workers’ compensation insurance with statutory limits required by South Dakota law. Coverage B-Employer’s Liability coverage of not less than $500,000 each accident, $500,000 disease-policy limit, and $500,000 disease-each employee.

  • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements. Transactions involving items that you deliver in person in connection with payment made in your physical store, may also be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program so long as the buyer paid for the transaction in person by using a PayPal goods and services QR code. • You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal account for the transaction. If you originally ship the item to the recipient’s shipping address on the Transaction Details page but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery. • The shipping requirement does not apply to eligible transactions involving items that you deliver in person; provided, however, that you agree to provide us with alternative evidence of delivery or such additional documentation or information relating to the transaction that we may request. • You must respond to PayPal’s requests for documentation and other information in a timely manner as requested in our email correspondence with you or in our correspondence with you through the Resolution Center. If you do not respond to PayPal’s request for documentation and other information in the time requested, you may not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. • If the sale involves pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, you must ship within the timeframe you specified in the listing. Otherwise, it is recommended that you ship all items within 7 days after receipt of payment. • You provide us with valid proof of shipment or delivery. • The payment must be marked “eligible” or “partially eligible” in the case of Unauthorized Transaction claims, or “eligible” in the case of Item Not Received claims, for PayPal’s Seller Protection program on the Transaction Details page. • In the case of an Unauthorized Transaction claim, you must provide valid proof of shipment or proof of delivery that demonstrates that the item was shipped or provided to the buyer no later than two days after PayPal notified you of the dispute or reversal. For example, if PayPal notifies you of an Unauthorized Transaction claim on September 1, the valid proof of shipment must indicate that the item was shipped to the buyer no later than September 3 to be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal will make a decision, in its sole discretion, based on the eligibility requirements, any information or documentation provided during the resolution process, or any other information PayPal deems relevant and appropriate under the circumstances. Item Not Received additional requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program for a buyer’s Item Not Received claim, you must meet both the basic requirements and the additional requirements listed below: • Where a buyer files a chargeback with the issuer for a card-funded transaction, the payment must be marked “eligible” for PayPal’s Seller Protection on the Transaction Details page. • You must provide proof of delivery as described below.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • Disclosure Requirements For purposes of this Agreement, an invention is deemed to have been made during the term of this Agreement if, during such period, the invention was conceived or first actually reduced to practice. In order to permit the Company to claim rights to which it may be entitled, the Employee agrees to disclose to the Company in confidence the nature of all patent applications filed by the Employee during the term of this Agreement.

  • Customer Requirements Customer will be required to maintain complex passwords for their User accounts where applicable. For any such passwords LightEdge will provide a secure URL that any User can access to change passwords. All User passwords are set to a ninety (90) day password expiration schedule by default. LightEdge is not responsible for unexpected use of Services whether by ex-employees, compromised User passwords or any other misuse of Customer accounts. Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by such unexpected use of Service. Customer shall be fully responsible for providing to LightEdge at Customer’s own expense and in a timely manner the following: - All security for its Services and systems used or accessible in connection with Service; - Cooperative testing of all Customer-provided hardware, software, and Services for compatibility with Service; - Designating an Authorized Contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with LightEdge Technical Support; - All cabling necessary to support Service; and - Physical and remote management access to any and all Servers onto which Service is installed.

  • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded vendors TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence. Status of TIPS Members as Related to This Agreement TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements The Contractor shall be required to demonstrate by means of a Contract Quality Plan (CQP) that this organisation is so structured that all the requirements of the specification will be properly monitored and controlled. The Contract Quality Plan (CQP), which must include the Quality Control Plan (QCP), is to be drafted in accordance with QM-58 and the Supplier Contract Quality Requirement Specification (QM58). The Quality documents are to be submitted for approval to the Project Manager within thirty (30) days after a contract has been awarded to the Contractor. No work may commence unless the Contract Quality Plan and Quality Control Plan documents have been approved in writing and a copy submitted to the Project Manager. The Contractor, in conjunction with the Project Manager must sign off all Quality Control documents after completing all work as per the agreed scope. The Contractor to submit a copy of the final signed off documents/data packages to the Project Manager within one (1) week after completion of work. The Contractor shall be required to read and fully understand the contents of the Supplier Contract Quality Requirement Specification (QM58) and a copy is to be kept in possession or on premises. The Contractor shall comply with all Employer’s requirements as set out in QM-58 (Supplier Contract Quality Specification). . The Contractor further ensures that the subcontractor’s programmes comply with the requirements of the Service Information. The Contractor notifies the Service Manager of any changes to the Quality System and obtains agreement prior to implementation on existing orders and contracts, or sub orders and sub contracts. The Supplier Contract Quality Requirement Specification (QM58) shall remain applicable in the event of the contract being extended or modified for reasons permitted. By signature and acceptance of this contract the Contractor acknowledges and agrees to comply with and adhere to Eskom’s policies and procedures (current and/or latest revisions) including the Supplier Contract Quality Requirement Specification (QM58).

  • Compliance Requirements Gulf Coast shall require its contractors to comply with each of the provisions of this insurance section. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining the minimum insurance coverages and limits, naming GTE (including GTE Corporation and any other affiliated and/or managed entity) as an additional insured under all liability insurance policies, and waiving all rights of subrogation against GTE (including GTE Corporation and any other affiliated and/or managed entity), its directors, officers and employees, agents or assigns, whether in contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise. Prior to commencement of any work, Gulf Coast shall require and maintain certificates of insurance from each contractor evidencing the required coverages. At GTE’s request, Gulf Coast shall supply to GTE copies of such certificates of insurance or require the contractors to provide insurance provisions or endorsements as evidence that the required insurance has been procured. Gulf Coast must also conform to the recommendation(s) made by GTE's fire insurance company, which GTE has already agreed to or shall hereafter agree to.

  • Quality Requirements Licensee agrees that all Relevant IANA Services offered under the Licensed Marks shall be of a consistent quality at least as high as the quality of comparable services offered by ICANN immediately prior to the Effective Date and shall comply with the service quality requirements contained in the Service Agreement. Licensor and Licensee agree that quality monitoring responsibilities hereunder shall be conducted by the Relevant Community, which shall report any failure of the Relevant IANA Services to comply with the relevant quality standards to Licensor.
