D6.1 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall promptly notify the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts. The AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY shall promptly notify the SERVICE PROVIDER of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Premises and which may affect the SERVICE PROVIDER in the performance of its obligations under the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts.
