Common use of Ancillary Rights Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Rights. Provided that the requirements for enforcement referred to under Clause 7.1(a) above are met, all payments based on ancillary rights attributed to the Interests may be applied by the Security Agent in satisfaction in whole or in part of the Secured Claims notwithstanding the Pledgees’ right to treat such payments as additional collateral.
