Common use of Ancillary Provisions Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Provisions. 9.1 In connection with the exercise of its rights, powers, discretions and remedies under Clause 8 or otherwise as mortgagees of the Vessel and, subject always to the provisions of the Fourth Priority Security Co-ordination Deed, the Mortgagee shall have power to buy in, rescind or vary any contract for sale of the Vessel and generally to do all things in connection with the sale of the Vessel as they shall think fit.
