Ancillary Products. Lessee understands that some Ancillary Products originate from third-party suppliers. If Ancillary Products are leased, Lessee’s sole remedies for defects arising during the lease term shall be against the manufacturer thereof, pursuant to the terms of the manufacturer’s written warranty, if any. Lessee acknowledges and is fully aware of the potential hazards in using the Ancillary Products, and agrees to assume all risk. Ancillary Products. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease Agreement to the contrary, in the event of any conflict with respect to Ancillary Products the following terms and conditions shall apply:

Lessee acknowledges and is fully aware of the potential hazards in using the Ancillary Products, and agrees to assume all risk and is responsible for any loss or damage to the Ancillary Products while on lease to Lessee. Ancillary Products. During the Term, subject to the conditions specified in Section 2.3 of this Subscription Agreement and such other terms as may be provided for Ancillary Products, You will be entitled to receive or access and use, as applicable, such Ancillary Products as are made available by Autodesk for the Covered Software for which You have purchased Subscription. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such Ancillary Products may include, if available for Your Covered Software and/or in Your region, but not be limited to, product enhancements such as extensions, plug-ins, tools, and Subscription Advantage Packs.
Ancillary Products. In the event the Buyer is entitled to a refund or rebate of any payment or premium for ancillary or external products, including but not limited to GAP insurance, warranties and service contracts, credit, life and disability insurance, interior/exterior coverage, and vehicle theft registration systems (VTR) (“Ancillary Products”), DEALER shall, within fifteen (15) days after notice, pay to FIRMAUTO USA any refund due to the Buyer, but only to the extent that the DEALER has actually received said payment or premium.
Ancillary Products. Except for the Approved Ancillary Products and the FDS Credit Cards, Bank and its Affiliates shall not offer (except as directed by the FDS Companies) any goods or services (including any Ancillary Products) to Cardholders or through the Program. Bank may from time to time propose to the Operating Committee that Bank be permitted to solicit through mailings, Billing Statements, Inserts, telemarketing or otherwise, any or all Cardholders for a specific Ancillary Product. If the Operating Committee agrees to permit such solicitations, such solicitations shall be permitted on the terms set by the Operating Committee and the Parties shall be compensated as set forth in 0 hereof.
Ancillary Products. For purposes of this Section 12, the term "Products" shall also include the Ancillary Products so that the rights and obligations of the Parties set forth in this Section also encompass the Ancillary Products.
Ancillary Products. VGP hereby grants VRS a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable (including through multiple tiers and channels), royalty-free license to use the Valvoline Marks in connection with (a) the manufacture, promotion, advertisement, and distribution of Ancillary Products for internal VRS use or gifting/promotional activities and (b) the performance of VRS’s obligations under that certain Licensing and Merchandising Agreement, by and between VRS and The Specialized Marketing Group, Inc., as amended, restated or extended from time to time. If there are any conflicts regarding VRS’s Ancillary Products, VGP will raise the issue with the Brand Ambassadors, who will meet to resolve any such issue in good faith. For the avoidance of doubt, VRS shall not sell or resell any Ancillary Products for profit under this Section 4.

THE LESSEE HEREBY WAIVES ANY WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THE SALE OF GOODS ACT (ONTARIO).
