Ancillary Operations. The Group Practice xxxxx not acquire, establish or commence the operation of any satellite location, medical office, ambulatory surgery center, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, exclusive provider organization or similar entity or organization established or operated by the Group Practice after the date hereof without the prior written consent of Administrator.
Ancillary Operations. In the event the Commission becomes responsible for the management and operations of additional facilities (such as the Xxxxxxx’x Point Bridge), the Commission and the Union agree that the terms and conditions of employment set forth in this Agreement shall not apply to employees hired or assigned to work at such Ancillary Operations. The Commission agrees that employees hired or assigned to work at these Ancillary Operations shall be recognized as members of the bargaining unit represented by the Union. The Commission and the Union agree to negotiate separate and distinct terms and conditions of employment which shall be applicable to employees working at such Ancillary Operations. In the event the Commission and the Union have not reached agreement as to the terms and conditions of employment which shall apply to the employees assigned to the Ancillary Operations as of the date the Commission begins actual management of the Ancillary Operations, then the Commission shall, in its discretion, determine the terms and conditions of employment and shall make them effective. The parties agree that these terms and conditions of employment will be interim terms and conditions of employment and the parties will continue to negotiate in accordance with procedures available under the auspices of the Public Employment Relations Commission, including Mediation and Fact-Finding until final terms and conditions of employment covering employees assigned to the Ancillary Operations are determined.

Ancillary Operations. The Clinic shall not acquire, establish or commence the operation of any satellite location, medical office, ambulatory surgery center, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, exclusive provider organization or similar entity or organization established or operated by the Clinic after the date hereof without the prior written consent of Administrator, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Ancillary Operations. None of CAR’s employees, contractors, or agents (other than licensed security personnel in accordance with applicable Laws) shall be permitted to carry firearms on the Surface Premises and none shall be permitted to xxxx or fish there without the prior written consent of Legends. CAR shall construct no roads, drillsites, or carry out other operations within 100 feet of any dwelling, without the prior written consent of Legends (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). CAR shall refrain from drilling or blasting within 100 feet of any water well or dwelling without the prior written consent of Legends (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.

  • Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies;

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.
