Ancillary Areas. The Contractor shall operate and maintain operations and associated storage areas at the Site of the Work in accordance with the following: 3.3.11.1 The Contractor shall confine all Contractor operations, including storage of materials and employee parking upon the Site of the Work, to areas designated by the Owner. 3.3.11.2 The Contractor may erect, at its own expense, temporary buildings that will remain its property. The Contractor shall remove such buildings and associated utility service lines upon completion of the Work, unless the Contractor requests and the Owner provides written consent that it may abandon such buildings and utilities in place. 3.3.11.3 The Contractor shall use only established roadways or construct and use such temporary roadways as may be authorized by the Owner. The Contractor shall not allow load limits of vehicles to exceed the limits prescribed by appropriate regulations or law. The Contractor shall provide protection to road surfaces, curbs, sidewalks, trees, shrubbery, sprinkler systems, drainage structures and other like existing improvements to prevent damage, and shall repair any damage, thereto at the expense of the Contractor. 3.3.11.4 The Owner may restrict the Contractor's entry to the Site to specifically assigned entrances and routes.
