Ancillary Agreements. The terms of this Agreement shall be deemed incorporated into all agreements entered into between BNYM and the Funds, or persons acting on behalf of the Funds, such as an investment advisor, that are ancillary to the transfer agency and shareholder servicing relationship created by this Agreement, such as, for purposes of illustration and not exclusion, the Fee Agreement and a Gain/Loss Policy, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, governed by and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
