Analyze Impact. 1. The teacher and evaluator engage in a conference to examine student and teacher data, analyze the impact of the data, and formatively discuss teacher growth using the 5D+ rubric. The teacher and evaluator decide whether to continue the same inquiry or identify a new area of focus. The conference is intended to include discussion of the question: “Based on your inquiry what did you learn about your practice as it impacts student learning?”
