Analytical Results Sample Clauses

Analytical Results. Table 1 summarizes the total lead results of the soil composites and the corresponding teachable lead results for samples yielding results greater than or equal to 50 mg/kg total lead. The analytical reports and chain of custody documentation are presented in Appendix A. MACTEC’s evaluation of the analytical data is summarized as follows: • With the exception of the sample collected from Building 113, Area 9, all total lead results were below the 200 mg/kg RBSL. Lead was detected at a concentration of 990 mg/kg in the sample collected from Building 113. Lead was detected in the remainder of the samples at concentrations between 14 and 170 mg/kg. • Samples from 22 locations (Building 3 [11 locations and one duplicate sample], Building 24 [original and duplicate samples], Building 29 [original and duplicate samples], Building 113, Building 329, Building 510, Building 512C, Building 533, and Building 943) exceeded 50 mg/kg and were analyzed for teachable lead using the WET method. • The teachable lead results for samples from Building 3 (East side of building, north end 1”1 inset), Building 29 (original and duplicate samples), Building 113 and Building. 510) were at or above the STLC threshold of 5.0 milligrams per liter (mg/L) as cited in Title 22, California Code of Regulations. It should be noted that the sample location at Building 29 represents materials washed into the gutters and deposited on the AC surfacing materials surrounding the building and do not necessarily indicate soil concentrations below the AC cover. January 28, 2003 56910 002 Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx PAI/ISSi Summary Based on the results of the sampling, soil from the vicinity of Building 113, exceeds the NASA RBSL of 200 mg/kg. Prior to building demolition, soil in the vicinity of this building will require removal and disposal as Class I hazardous waste because the teachable lead concentration exceeded the STLC. Confirmation sampling of soil below the excavated area will need to be performed in accordance with procedures outlined in the Workplan developed for the NRP. All other sample results were below the NASA RBSL and soil at these building locations does not require additional investigation or removal. Based on the results of the leachable lead analysis, soil in the vicinity of Buildings 3 (East side of building, north end 111 inset), 29, 113 and 510 has leachable lead concentrations that exceed the STLC threshold of 5.0 mg/L. Because the soil did not exceed the RBSL, it is acceptable f...

Analytical Results. The results of the analyses performed by the laboratory on part one of the samples shall be binding on the Parties and shall be deemed to represent the quality of the Dedicated Lignite or Alternate Fuel delivered hereunder unless one Party notifies the other of a dispute concerning such analysis within the fifteen (15) Business Day period specified in Section 6.02. If the analysis of part one is disputed and the analyses of parts one and two differ by more than a maximum tolerance range as shall be agreed to by the Parties (the “Maximum Allowable Tolerance”), then part three of such sample shall be analyzed by a commercial testing laboratory mutually chosen and using mutually accepted procedures. When all three parts of a sample are analyzed, the average of the two closest sample results will be used to represent the quality of the lignite delivered on the Day such samples were taken; provided, however, that if the two closest sample results differ by more than the Maximum Allowable Tolerance, then the weighted average of the immediately preceding three (3) Days= sample analyses which are available shall be deemed to be the quality of the Dedicated Lignite or Alternate Fuel under consideration. The Billing Price for the Dedicated Lignite or Alternate Fuel represented by such samples shall be adjusted on the next invoice submitted by Seller as specified in Section 8.02
Analytical Results. Samples were analyzed by Xxxxx Microbial Consulting in Midlothian, VA. Xxxxx Microbial Consulting is an American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA)-accredited laboratory. All samples were analyzed utilizing Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) according to EPA Method 600/R-93/116. Any material that contains greater that one percent asbestos is considered an ACM and must be handled according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), EPA and applicable state and local regulations. The following table contains information regarding bulk samples found to contain asbestos by definition. The laboratory report has also been included at the end of this report. Analytical Results. The laboratory analyzing any sample shall electronically deliver the results of its analysis simultaneously to both Buyer and Seller. The results of the analyses performed by the designated laboratory on split one of the samples shall be binding on the Parties and shall be deemed to represent the quality of the lignite delivered hereunder, unless one Party notifies the other in writing of a dispute concerning such analysis within thirty (30) Business Days after receipt of the designated laboratory’s analysis of split one. If the analysis of split one is disputed, split two shall be analyzed and the quality characteristics of split two shall be deemed to represent the definitive quality characteristics of the lignite delivered during the Sampling Period covered by splits one and two.
Analytical Results. 6.2.1 Data acquired from analytical and physical testing performed by the Quality Control Laboratory(ies) shall be reviewed and approved by the INyX Quality Assurance Unit.

Provide actual results and include a statement that the item tested or analyzed conforms or fails to conform to specified requirements. Conspicuously stamp the cover sheet for each report in large red letters "CONFORMS" or "DOES NOT CONFORM" to the specification requirements, whichever is applicable. Test results shall be signed by a testing laboratory representative authorized to sign certified test reports. Xxxxxxx the signed reports, certifications, and other documentation to the Contracting Officer or designated representative. Furnish a summary report of field tests at the end of each month. Attach a copy of the summary report to the last Contractor Daily Quality Control Report of each month. Additional deliverable requirements may be defined in the PWS.
