Analytical Data. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement or otherwise, insightsoftware may monitor Customer’s access to and use of the Software and Services and collect and use data and information related to such Customer’s use or derived from monitoring (such as user names, configurations, log data, etc.), and the Customer Content in an aggregate and anonymous manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Software/ Services and for the development of new products or services (“Analytical Data”). As between insightsoftware and Customer, all right, title and interest in the Analytical Data and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by insightsoftware. Customer hereby acknowledges that insightsoftware will be compiling Analytical Data based on the Customer Content input into the Software and Services and Customer agrees that insightsoftware may: (i) make such Analytical Data publicly available, and (ii) use such information to the extent and in the manner required by applicable law or regulation and for purposes of data gathering, analysis, service enhancement and marketing, provided that such data and information does not identify Customer or Customer’s Confidential Information. Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting insightsoftware from utilizing Analytical Data to optimize and improve the Services or otherwise operate insightsoftware’s business; provided that insightsoftware shall not disclose the identity of Customer or any Authorized User to any third party unless such third party is subject to binding obligations of confidentiality.
Analytical Data. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
Analytical Data the data provided to the Customer via the Services and in accordance with the Documentation detailing the Authorised Users use of the Services.
Analytical Data. You agree that during the Subscription Term We may collect, use, store and transmit technical and related information that is being collected from Your use of the Service (“Analytical Data”), including information that may identify Your computer (such as the Internet Protocol Address), browser type, operating system, and application usage. Analytical Data is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of the Service and the underlying software and the maintenance hereunder, as well as to enable Us to provide you with other services. Any Analytical Data gathered shall be used in the aggregate, anonymously, and Your identity may not be derived from such data. JFrog owns all Analytical Data.
Analytical Data. You agree that during the Subscription Term we may collect, use, store and transmit technical and related information that is being collected from your use of the Service (“Analytical Data”), including information that may identify your computer (including the Internet Protocol Address), browser type, operating system, and application usage. Analytical Data. The Company may generate or develop information and data resulting from the manipulation or analysis of Publications, your Data or your Users’ Data based upon its operation and provision of the Services, along with any associated databases, external data, calculations and other processes or tools used by the Company (collectively, the “Analytical Data”). Analytical Data shall be limited to aggregated, de-identified and statistical information collected by the Company from the operation of the Services and processing, manipulation and analysis of Users Data. Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting the Company from utilising Analytical Data for the Company’s business purposes, provided that: (a) any such data will be aggregated with other Company customer data, and (b) the Company’s use of such Analytical Data will not (i) reveal or be capable of revealing your identity, whether directly or indirectly, to any third party or (ii) reveal or be capable of revealing the identity, whether directly or indirectly, of any User or other individual, or of revealing any specific data entered by a User or other individual into the Services. In no event will Analytical Data include your Confidential Information.
Analytical Data. The Client acknowledges and agrees that: a the Supplier may: i use Data and information about the Client’s use of the Services to generate anonymised and aggregated statistical and analytical data (Analytical Data); and ii use Analytical Data for the Supplier’s internal research and product development purposes and to conduct statistical analysis and identify trends and insights. b the Supplier’s rights under clause 4.2a above will survive termination of expiry of the Agreement; and c title to and ownership in all Intellectual Property Rights and Analytical Data is and remains the Supplier’s property.
Analytical Data. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that: a MetService may: i use Data to generate anonymised and aggregated statistical, numerical and analytical data (Analytical Data); and
Analytical Data. (a) Customer agrees that, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, IGLOO shall be entitled to generate Usage Data and Extracted Data based on Customer’s and its Named Users’ respective use and operation of the Services in order to improve IGLOO’s products and services generally and to provide Customer with the Hosted Service and with reports on its (and its Named Users’) use of the Services.
Analytical Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that DigitalEd may monitor and compile any anonymized statistical data based upon Customer’s and End Users’ use of the Service, which may be combined with data from other customers of the Service, but always in an aggregate and anonymous manner to derive statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Service (collectively, the “Analytical Data”). In no event shall the Analytical Data contain any Personal Information. Analytical Data shall only be used for analysis and research purposes, such as providing statistical and performance information to Instructional Users, to improve the Service or for internal analysis and research purposes.
