Common use of Analyses/Standards Clause in Contracts

Analyses/Standards. Consult with TFC staff and representatives of the Using Agency as may be directed by TFC to become thoroughly familiar with (i) the Project Analysis, or the equivalent thereof; (ii) the Design Program; and (iii) TFC and any Using Agency’s technical and design standards including, but not limited to, the A/E Guidelines.

Analyses/Standards. Review the Owner's Project Requirements [OPR], attached hereto as "Exhibit C-2" and incorporated herein for all purposes.
