Representative of the Union shall have access to all jobs covered by this Agreement in carrying out their regular duties after first notifying the Superintendent or person in charge and upon the condition that they shall not interfere with the performance of the work and agrees to comply with all safety regulations on site. Information pertaining to jobsite locations shall be made available to the Union representative upon request.
