Amounts payable on prepayment. Any prepayment of all or part of the Loan under this Agreement shall be made together with: 4.4.1 accrued interest on the amount to be prepaid to the date of such prepayment; 4.4.2 any additional amount payable under clauses 6.6 or 12.2; and 4.4.3 all other sums payable by the Borrowers to the Creditors under this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents including, without limitation, any accrued commitment commission payable under clause 5.1 and any amounts payable under clause 11.

Any prepayment of all or part of the Loan under this Agreement shall be made together with: 4.4.1 (a) accrued interest on the amount to be prepaid to the date of such prepayment; 4.4.2 (b) any additional amount payable under clauses 6.6 clause 8.7 or 12.215.2 to the extent it relates to the amount prepaid; and 4.4.3 (c) all other sums payable by the Borrowers Borrower to the Creditors relevant Lender or the Lenders (as the case may be) under this Agreement or any of referable to the other Security Documents amount prepaid (including, without limitation, any accrued commitment commission payable under clause 5.1 7.1.3 and any amounts payable under clause 1114).

Any prepayment of all or part of the Loan under this Agreement including, without limitation, pursuant to clauses 4.3, 4.5, 8.2.1 and 12.1 shall be made together with: 4.4.1 4.6.1 accrued interest on the amount to be prepaid to the date of such prepayment; 4.4.2 4.6.2 any additional amount payable under clauses 6.6 clause 6.7 or 12.2; and 4.4.3 4.6.3 all other others sums payable by the Borrowers Borrower to the Creditors Banks under this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents including, without limitation, any accrued commitment commission payable under clause 5.1 and any amounts payable under clause 11.

Amounts payable on prepayment. Any prepayment of all or part of the Loan under this Agreement shall be made together with: 4.4.1 with (a) accrued interest on the amount to be prepaid to the date of such prepayment; 4.4.2 , (b) any additional amount payable under clauses 6.6 or 12.2; and 4.4.3 12.2 and (c) all other others sums payable by the Borrowers to the Creditors Bank under this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents including, without limitation, any accrued commitment commission payable under clause 5.1 and any amounts payable under clause 11.
