Amount of Full Benefit. The amount of the Employee's annual Full Benefit, identified in the First Amendment to the Agreement dated May 19, 1998 as Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), shall be increased by Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) to a total of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).

Amount of Full Benefit. The amount of the Employee's annual Full Benefit, identified in the Second Amendment to the Agreement dated May 19, 1998 as Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), shall be increased by Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) to a total of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000). The above shall be payable according to the same terms, effective on the Full Benefit Commencement Date of 12/17/97 for a period of fifteen (15) years, and subject to the same escalation factors (lesser of three percent [3%] or the increase in the CPI and scheduled full benefit annual increase amounts) as stipulated in Section 3 of the Second Amendment to the Agreement dated May 19, 1998.

The above shall be payable according to the same term (15 years) and subject to the same escalation factors (lesser of three percent [3%] or the increase in the CPI and scheduled full benefit annual increase amounts) as stipulated in the First Amendment to the Agreement dated May 19,1998.

  • Amount of Benefit The annual benefit under this Section 3.1 is the Normal Retirement Benefit amount described in Section 2.1.1.

  • Amount of Notes The aggregate principal amount of Notes which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture on the Issue Date is $3,140,000,000.   • Optional Benefits Optional Group Life Insurance This plan is available on an optional, employee-pay-all basis and you may apply to purchase additional group life insurance coverage for you and/or your spouse. Coverage is available from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $300,000 in increments of $10,000.

  • Optional Termination and Reduction of Aggregate Credit Amounts (i) The Borrower may at any time terminate, or from time to time reduce, the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts; provided that (A) each reduction of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts shall be in an amount that is an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and not less than $5,000,000 and (B) the Borrower shall not terminate or reduce the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts if, after giving effect to any concurrent prepayment of the Loans in accordance with Section 3.04(c), the total Revolving Credit Exposures would exceed the total Commitments.
