Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth Where BellSouth provides resold services or local switching for <<customer_name>>, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to <<customer_name>> end users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for <<customer_name>> end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.
Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course The PEI will notify the Student within three (3) working days upon knowledge of any of the following:
CALCULATIONS TO BE MADE BY THIRD PARTY All calculations under this Agreement shall be made annually by an independent third party (the “Third Party”) selected and appointed each year by the District, subject to approval by Applicant in writing, which approval shall not unreasonably be withheld.
Refund for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in Clause 2.1, the PEI will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the table in Schedule D.
TERMINATION FOR IMPROPER CONSIDERATION 8.44.1 The County may, by written notice to the Contractor, immediately terminate the right of the Contractor to proceed under this Contract if it is found that consideration, in any form, was offered or given by the Contractor, either directly or through an intermediary, to any County officer, employee, or agent with the intent of securing this Contract or securing favorable treatment with respect to the award, amendment, or extension of this Contract or the making of any determinations with respect to the Contractor’s performance pursuant to this Contract. In the event of such termination, the County shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies against the Contractor as it could pursue in the event of default by the Contractor.
UNPAID DISCRETIONARY LEAVE 1. a. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of three (3) days of unpaid discretionary leave each year.
Payment in Advance (a) You may request to pay your Membership Fees in advance. We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to accept or deny your request.
Saver’s Credit for IRA Contributions A credit of up to $1,000, or up to $2,000 if married filing jointly, may be available to certain taxpayers having a joint AGI of less than $65,000 in 2020, or $66,000 in 2021. The credit may also be available to certain taxpayers who are heads of household with an AGI of less than $48,750 in 2020, $49,500 in 2021, or married individuals filing separately and singles with an AGI less than $32,500 in 2020, or $33,000 in 2021. Some of the restrictions that apply include: • the individual must be at least 18; • not a full-time student; • not declared as a dependent on another taxpayer’s return; or • any distribution from most retirement plans (qualified and non-qualified) will decrease the eligible contribution.
Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.
Withdrawal of Property from Market or Termination of Discussions Potential Investor acknowledges that the Property has been offered for sale subject to withdrawal of the Property from the market at any time or rejection of any offer because of the terms thereof, or for any other reason whatsoever, without notice, as well as the termination of discussions with any party at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
