Amount and Terms of Credit SECTION 2.01 Loans. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Lenders holding Commitments agree to make Loans to the Borrowers from time to time (provided that there shall not be more than five Borrowings of Loans) (i) in an amount, as to each such Lender, not to exceed such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitment and (ii) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000. Amounts borrowed under this Section 2.01 and repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed.
