This Security Agreement and the provisions hereof may not be amended, waived, modified, changed, discharged or terminated except by a written instrument executed by the Obligors and the Agent; provided, that the Agent may not enter into any such amendment, waiver, supplement or modification without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
