Common use of Amendments to the Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Base Indenture. (a) With respect to the Notes only (and, for the avoidance of doubt, not with respect to any other series of notes issued pursuant to the Base Indenture on or prior to the date hereof) Section 1.01 of the Base Indenture is hereby amended by adding new defined terms as follows (without any effect on the other defined terms contained therein):

Amendments to the Base Indenture. (a) With respect to the Notes only (and, for the avoidance of doubt, not with respect to any other series of notes issued pursuant to the Base Indenture on or prior to the date hereof) Section 1.01 Article 1.1 (“Definitions”) of the Base Indenture is hereby amended by adding deleting the definition of “Judgement Currency” and replacing it with the new defined terms term as follows (without any effect on the other defined terms contained therein):
