Amendments to Note Agreement. 1.1. Section 7.5(d) of the Note Agreement shall be and hereby is amended by replacing “the Company” with “such Constituent Company” in each instance contained herein. 1.2. The first sentence of Section 9.10 of the Note Agreement shall be and hereby is amended by replacing “the Company” with “the Constituent Companies”. 1.3. Section 10.2(c) of the Note Agreement shall be and hereby is amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
