Common use of Amendments, Changes and Modifications Clause in Contracts

Amendments, Changes and Modifications. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease or in the Indenture, subsequent to the issuance of Bonds and prior to the payment in full of the Bonds (or provision for the payment thereof having been made in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture), this Lease may not be effectively amended, changed, modified, altered or terminated without the prior written consent of the Trustee, given in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture.
