Common use of Amendment to the Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to the Loan Agreement. Section 1.1.46 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the date "June 30, 1994" appearing therein in the definition of "Revolver Termination Date" and substituting therefor the date "June 30, 1995".
