Common use of Amendment to Section 6.4 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6.4. Section 6.4(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following clause (x) after clause (ix) thereof and making the appropriate grammatical changes to the ends of clauses (viii) and (ix):

Section 6.4(a) 6.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding inserting the following text immediately following clause (xiii) after thereof, and by renumbering the existing clause (ixiv) thereof and making the appropriate grammatical changes to the ends of clauses as clause (viii) and (ixvi):
