Common use of Amendment to Schedules Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Schedules. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete Schedule 1 (Commitment of Lenders) therefrom and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 hereto.

Amendment to Schedules. The (a) Schedule 1.1(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Schedule in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 1.1(a) attached hereto, (b) Schedule 1.1(e) attached hereto is hereby added to delete the Credit Agreement as Schedule 1 1.1(e) thereto and (Commitment of Lendersc) therefrom and Schedule 9.25 attached hereto is hereby added to insert in place thereof a new the Credit Agreement as Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 hereto9.25 thereto.

The Schedule 1.1(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete by deleting such Schedule 1 (Commitment in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 1.1(a) attached hereto, and Schedule 1.1(b) of Lendersthe Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Schedule in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 1.1(b) therefrom and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

Amendment to Schedules. The Schedule 1.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete Schedule 1 (Commitment of Lenders) therefrom deleted in its entirety and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 1.1 in the form of Schedule 1 heretoannexed hereto substituted in its stead.

The Schedule 1 to the Credit Agreement (Commitments) is hereby amended to delete by deleting such schedule and substituting in lieu thereof Schedule 1 (Commitment of Lenders) therefrom and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 heretothis Agreement.
