Amendment to Recital Language. The recitals in the Purchase Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety as follows:

  • Amendment to Recitals The fourth WHEREAS clause of the Recitals to the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:

  • Amendment to Definitions In Section 1.01, amendments are made to the definitions, as follows:

  • Amendment of Definitions Subject to Section 2.01 hereof, the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting any definitions from the Indenture with respect to which references would be eliminated as a result of the amendments of the Indenture pursuant to Section 1.01 hereof.

  • Amendment to Definition The definition of “Loan Papers” contained in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement shall be amended and restated to read in full as follows:

  • Amendment to Exhibits Exhibit "A" (Note) to the Agreement is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "A" to this Amendment.

  • Incorporation of Recitals; Definitions The recitals set forth on page 1 of this Guaranty are hereby specifically incorporated into the operative terms of this Guaranty as if fully set forth. Terms not otherwise specifically defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Lease.
