Amendment to Medical Coverage. In the event any Federal or State legislation which provides health care coverage for employees covered by the agreement) is enacted into law during the term of this Collective Bargaining Agreement and such legislation has an adverse impact on either party, the parties will meet and confer regarding the impact of such legislation on the Collective Bargaining Agreement. In the event that the level of financial contribution by the District, on the effective date of such legislation is greater than required to satisfy the terms of Section 11.1, the Employer agrees to make the amount in excess of what is required available for the benefit of employees covered by this Agreement.
