Common use of Amendment to Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Loan Documents. Each of the Sparton Corporation Loan Documents is hereby amended to include all provisions of this Fourth Amendment. This Fourth Amendment is not an agreement to any further or other amendment of the Sparton Corporation Loan Documents and Lender shall have no obligation to agree to make any other modifications to the Sparton Corporation Loan Documents now or hereafter requested by Borrower.
