Common use of Amendment to Lease Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Lease. If Tenant timely exercises Tenant’s right to lease the First Offer Space as set forth herein, Landlord and Tenant shall within fifteen (15) business days thereafter, execute an amendment to this Lease for such First Offer Space upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the First Offer Notice and this Section. Tenant shall commence payment of rent for the First Offer Space, and the term of the First Offer Space shall commence upon, the date of delivery of the First Offer Space to Tenant and terminate on the Termination Date, except as otherwise provided in the amendment.

Amendment to Lease. If Tenant timely exercises Tenant’s right to lease the any First Offer Space as set forth herein, then, within thirty (30) days thereafter, Landlord and Tenant shall within fifteen (15) business days thereafter, execute an amendment to this Lease (a “First Offer Space Amendment”) to provide for such Tenant’s lease of the First Offer Space upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the First Offer Notice and this Section. Tenant shall commence payment of rent for the First Offer Space, and the term of the First Offer Space shall commence upon, the date of delivery of the First Offer Space to Tenant and terminate on the Termination Date, except as otherwise provided in the amendmentSection 1.4.

Amendment to Lease. If Tenant timely exercises Tenant’s 's right to lease the First Offer Space as set forth herein, Landlord and Tenant shall within fifteen thirty (1530) business days thereafter, thereafter execute an amendment to this Lease for such First Offer Space upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the First Offer Notice and this Section. Tenant shall commence payment of rent for the First Offer Space, and the term of the First Offer Space shall commence upon, the date of delivery of the First Offer Space to Tenant and terminate on the Termination Date, except as otherwise provided in the amendmentSection 1.

Tenant shall commence payment of rent for the First Offer Space, and the term of the First Offer Space shall commence upon, the date of delivery of the First Offer Space to Tenant and terminate on the Termination Date, except as otherwise provided in the amendmentSection 12.

Tenant shall commence payment of rent for the First Offer Space, and the term of the First Offer Space shall commence upon, the date of delivery of the First Offer Space to Tenant and terminate on the Termination Date, except as otherwise provided in the amendment.-----------

Tenant shall commence payment of rent for the First Offer SpaceSection 1.6, and provided that the term of the First Offer Space shall commence upon, be coterminous with the date of delivery of the First Offer Space to Tenant and terminate on the Termination Date, except as otherwise provided in the amendmentLease Term.
