Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I to the Amended Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Amendment to Exhibit I. (a) The Financing Certificate attached to the Agreement as Exhibit I is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety with Annex A, attached hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I to the Credit Agreement (Borrowing Base Certificate) is hereby amended by deleting such exhibit in its entirety and substituting in its place Exhibit I hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I is hereby amended in its entirety with a new Exhibit I in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Amendment to Exhibit I. Effective as of December 31, 1995, Exhibit I to the Loan Agreement, which is the Schedule of Existing Loans and advances to Davix X. Xxxxxx, xx amended as follows:
Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I to the Transaction Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Exhibit in its entirety and inserting in its place the Exhibit attached hereto as Exhibit I.
Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety in the form of Annex B attached hereto.
Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the words “[Reserved]”.
Amendment to Exhibit I. Exhibit I of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Credit Agreement to the contrary, the Borrower shall not be required to deliver Exhibit I after the effective date of this Amendment.
