Amendment to Article VI. The provisions of Article VI of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended as follows:

Amendment to Article VI. Effective as of the Effective Date, Article VI of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding a new Section 6.18 as set forth below:
Amendment to Article VI. The provisions of Section 6.03(c) of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding the words “and the 2007 Corporate Restructuring” after the words “the 2006 Corporate Restructuring” in the second line thereof.
Amendment to Article VI. Article VI of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 6.17:
Amendment to Article VI. Section 6.02(a) of Article VI of the Merger Agreement is hereby amended to add the words "and New Xxxxx Preferred Stock" after the words "Xxxxx Common Stock" in the first and second sentences thereof.
Amendment to Article VI. The introductory paragraph in Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: The Loan Parties will not, and will not permit any Subsidiary to, create, incur, assume or permit to exist any Lien on any property or asset now owned or hereafter acquired by it, or assign or sell any income or revenues (including Accounts) or rights in respect of any thereof, except:
