Common use of Amendment to Appendix C Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Appendix C. As of the Effective Date, Appendix C of the Consulting Agreement shall be amended to add the following Paragraph 3:

Amendment to Appendix C. As of the Effective Date, Appendix C – Performance Incentives of the Consulting Agreement shall be amended to add include paragraph 3 in the following Paragraph 3:version of Appendix C attached as Schedule A to this Amendment.
