Amendment Terms. All revisions to this Agreement may only be made by written amendment executed by both parties and approved by the Office of the Attorney General prior to the end date of this Agreement.
Amendment Terms. To the extent applicable, the Agreement is hereby amended by changing or adding terms and conditions for certain UNEs as set forth in Attachment 1 to this Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Amendment Terms. The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing and adding terms, conditions, and rates as set forth in Attachment 1 and Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The provisions included in Attachment 1 are intended to supersede and replace the same numbered provisions in the Agreement and be added to the Agreement to the extent that the applicable numbered provision is not currently in the Agreement. By signature on this Amendment, CLEC has elected to modify existing contract terms in order to implement the applicable provisions of the above mentioned Order.

Amendment Terms. Except as provided in Section III.C.1 (requests for Additional Services), Section III.D.1 (reductions of services), and Section II.B.3 (extensions), revisions to this Agreement, shall be made by written amendment executed by both parties and approved by the Office of the Attorney General. Without limiting the preceding sentence, all revisions and/or supplements to this Agreement shall be made in writing acknowledged by the University and the Contractor.
Amendment Terms. The Agreement is hereby amended by modifying the following terms and conditions of Attachment 2 and Exhibit A.
Amendment Terms. I. The Agreement is extended through July 31, 2022. The Contractor agrees that DHS, in its sole discretion, may extend the Agreement an additional four (4) weeks through August 31, 2022.
Amendment Terms. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding terms, conditions and rates for Collocation Available Inventory, as set forth in Attachment 1 and Exhibit A, to this Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Amendment Terms. This Amendment is made in order to add terms, and conditions for Single Point of Presence (“SPOP”) in the LATA as set forth in Attachment 1 and Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Neither Party shall lose any of its rights from the original contract by entering into this Amendment for SPOP.
Amendment Terms. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding terms and conditions for Unbundled Network Elements (UNEs) and Resale as set forth in attachments and Exhibit A to this Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Any capitalized terms not defined specifically in this Amendment are as defined in the Agreement.
