Common use of Amendment of Section 9 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 9. 2(C) of the Loan Agreement. Section 9.2(C) of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:

Amendment of Section 9. 2(C1. SECTIONS 9.1(a), (b), (c) of the Loan Agreement. Section 9.2(CAND (d) of the Loan Agreement is are hereby deleted in its their entirety and replaced with the following substituted in lieu thereoffollowing:

Amendment of Section 9. 2(C) of the Loan Agreement2. Section 9.2(C) 9.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereofreplaced with a new Section 9.2 which shall read as follows:

Amendment of Section 9. 2(C2(V) of the Loan Agreement. Section 9.2(C9.2(V) of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:

Amendment of Section 9. 2(C) of the Loan Agreement. Effective upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Article III of this Amendment, Section 9.2(C) of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
