Amendment of Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement” and (ii) replacing the phrase “of this Agreement and any Note Document” set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 with the phrase “of this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document”.
