Common use of Amendment of Section 3 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 3. 13. Effective upon, and subject only to, the Acceptance, the provisions of Section 3.13 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase "[intentionally omitted]".
