Amendment of Schedule. Upon any admission of a new Member or any assignment or issuance of Membership Shares in accordance with the provisions of this Section 18, the Board of Managers shall amend, modify or supplement Schedule I attached hereto as appropriate to reflect such admission, assignment or issuance.
Amendment of Schedule. Where an Eligible BMP Activity is terminated under Article 2.3, the Eligible Activity and Payment Schedule shall be deemed to be have been amended to remove the Eligible BMP Activity as of the effective date of the termination.
Amendment of Schedule. Schedule 1.2(b)(i) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such schedule in its entirety and replacing the same with Annex D hereto, and such amended Schedule shall be deemed for all purposes to have been delivered as of the date of the Purchase Agreement.

The Secretary of the Company shall, from time to time in the ordinary course of business as reasonably necessary, amend Schedule I to this Agreement to reflect accurately the addition or deletion of parties to this Agreement by virtue of the succession, assignment, or other transfer of shares of Company Stock in accordance with this Agreement, or exercise of Warrants pursuant to the Warrant Acquisition Agreement or otherwise, and applicable law.
Amendment of Schedule. 11. (1) The provisions of the Schedule to this agreement may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Ministers of the Commonwealth and of the States for the time being responsible for the administration of the Scheme.
Amendment of Schedule. 1. The Credit Agreement is amended by amending Schedule 1 thereto to read in its entirety in the form of Schedule 1 attached to this Amendment.
