Amendment of RFP Document Sample Clauses
The Amendment of RFP Document clause allows the issuing party to make changes or updates to the Request for Proposal (RFP) after it has been released to potential bidders. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying all interested parties of amendments, such as through written addenda or official postings, and may set deadlines for when such changes can be made. Its core function is to ensure that all bidders have access to the most current information, thereby maintaining fairness and transparency in the procurement process.
