Common use of Amendment; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may not be changed orally but only by an agreement in writing agreed to by the parties hereto. This Agreement and the provisions of the Equity Documentation applicable to the Executive embody the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersede and replace all prior agreements, understandings and commitments with respect to such subject matter.
