Ambulance Charges Sample Clauses
The Ambulance Charges clause defines how costs related to ambulance services are handled under an agreement or insurance policy. It typically specifies whether ambulance fees are covered, any applicable limits or conditions, and the process for reimbursement or direct payment. For example, the clause may state that only medically necessary ambulance transport to the nearest appropriate facility is covered, or that coverage is subject to a deductible. This clause ensures clarity regarding financial responsibility for ambulance services, helping to prevent disputes and unexpected expenses for the parties involved.
