Alternative Work Schedule Procedure. (a) An employee scheduled to work an alternative work schedule or an employee requesting to work an alternative work schedule shall submit an “Alternative Work Schedule Form” to his or her immediate supervisor and to the Department Head for approval. Human Resources must receive a copy of the approved form.
