Common use of Alternative Vesting Clause in Contracts

Alternative Vesting. Notwithstanding Section 6(a) above, the PSUs shall Vest and be paid pursuant to Section 8 hereof upon the occurrence of any of the following events at a time when the PSUs have not been forfeited (to the extent the PSUs have not previously Vested) in the following manner:
