Alternative Sales Agent Sample Clauses

Alternative Sales Agent. The Company agrees that any offer to sell, any solicitation of an offer to buy or any sales of Shares by the Company shall be effected by or through only one of BNYMCM and the Alternative Sales Agent on any single given day, but in no event more than one of BNYMCM and the Alternative Sales Agent, and the Company shall in no event request that BNYMCM and the Alternative Sales Agent sell Shares on the same day.
