Alternative Resolution. If the Dispute is still not resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the Parties within sixty (60) days after delivery of the Dispute Notice, then either Party may require the Dispute to be resolved by litigation or such other legal means as are available to such Party, provided the Party seeking legal remedy has pursued resolution of the Dispute as contemplated in Section 11.2.
