Alternative Jurisdiction. Nothing contained in this Section shall limit the right of the Facility Agent or the Lenders to commence any proceedings against the Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the commencement of any proceedings against the Borrower in one or more jurisdictions preclude the commencement of any proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
Alternative Jurisdiction. Nothing contained in this Clause 13.14 (Law and Jurisdiction) shall limit the rights of the Finance Parties to commence any proceedings against the Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the commencement of any proceedings against the Borrower in one or more jurisdictions preclude the commencement of any proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
Alternative Jurisdiction. (1) It shall also be unlawful for any issuer organized under the laws of the United States, or a State, territory, possession, or commonwealth of the United States or a political subdivision thereof and which has a class of securities registered pursuant to section 12 of this title or which is required to file reports under section 15(d) of this title, or for any United States person that is an officer, director, employee, or agent of such issuer or a stockholder thereof acting on behalf of such issuer, to corruptly do any act outside the United States in furtherance of an offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of the payment of any money, or offer, gift, promise to give, or authorization of the giving of anything of value to any of the persons or entities set forth in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) of this subsection (a) of this section for the purposes set forth therein, irrespective of whether such issuer or such officer, director, employee, agent, or stockholder makes use of the mails or any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce in furtherance of such offer, gift, payment, promise, or authorization.
Alternative Jurisdiction. (1) It shall also be unlawful for any United States person to corruptly do any act outside the United States in furtherance of an offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of the payment of any money, or offer, gift, promise to give, or authorization of the giving of anything of value to any of the persons or entities set forth in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) of subsection (a), for the purposes set forth therein, irrespective of whether such United States person makes use of the mails or any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce in furtherance of such offer, gift, payment, promise, or authorization.
Alternative Jurisdiction. Clause 19 (Governing law and jurisdiction) is for the exclusive benefit of the Bond Trustee and the Bondholders and the Bond Trustee have the right:

Alternative Jurisdiction. Clause 33 (Governing law and jurisdiction) is for the exclusive benefit of the Security Agent and the Bondholders and each Bondholder and the Security Agent have the right:
Alternative Jurisdiction. Insofar and to the extent the decision by the arbitrators appointed in accordance with Section 8.1 would, for whatever reason, not be recognized or enforceable upon a Party, which needs to be substantiated by such Party to the Party within five (5) calendar days following the initiation of the proceedings set out above, the Parties shall submit their dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland, which shall then have exclusive jurisdiction.
