Common use of Alternative Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Alternative Arrangements. If the Agent believes that it is, or will be, illegal or impossible for it to pay on to a Lender in accordance with paragraph (A), it agrees to notify the Borrowers' Agent and that Lender. In this case the Borrowers' Agent and that Lender may agree alternative arrangements for payments to be made to that Lender. Paragraph (A) will not apply to the extent excluded by those alternative arrangements.
