Alternate Work Schedule Hours. Full time regular employees in the collective bargaining unit will be scheduled to work during Advancement Project’s normal operating hours. Any other schedule will be considered “alternate work schedule hours.” Full-time Unit employees who have successfully completed their probationary period may request alternate work schedule hours to address family and health obligations. AP shall consider reasonable requests. Alternate work schedule hours requested by an employee must be approved in advance in writing by an employee’s immediate supervisor and the Executive Director or designee. Advancement Project retains the right, at any time, to end an employee’s alternate work schedule hours and revert to normal working hours. The employee’s compensation, benefits, work status, and work responsibilities will not change as a result of participating in approved, alternate work schedule hours.
