Alternate Procedures. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Crypto Custodian may accept delivery of Index Constituents by such other means as the Sponsor, from time to time, may determine to be acceptable for the Trust. The Sponsor or its delegates from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to subscription of Shares in lot sizes smaller than the Creation Basket and permitting the creation distribution to be delivered in a manner other than that specified in Section 3.1.
