Common use of Alternate Base Rate Loans Clause in Contracts

Alternate Base Rate Loans. The Borrowers hereby agree to pay any Lender, promptly upon its demand, any amounts payable pursuant to subsection 3.12 in connection with any conversion in accordance with this subsection 3.10 (such Lender's notice of such costs, as certified in reasonable detail as to such amounts to the Company through the Administrative Agent, to be conclusive absent manifest error).
