Common use of Alternate Base Rate Loans Clause in Contracts

Alternate Base Rate Loans. Each request by Borrower for an Alternate Base Rate Loan shall be made pursuant to a Request for Loan (or telephonic or other request for loan referred to in the second sentence of Section 2.1(b), if applicable) received by the Agent, at the Agent’s Office, not later than 10:00 a.m., on the date (which must be a Banking Day) immediately prior to the date of the requested Alternate Base Rate Loan. All Loans shall constitute Alternate Base Rate Loans unless properly designated as a Eurodollar Rate Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.
