Common use of Alterations or Improvements Clause in Contracts

Alterations or Improvements. (a) Following approval by the Landlord, the Tenant shall install its initial Leasehold Improvements and Trade Fixtures in accordance with the provisions of Schedule "C" annexed hereto and the "Design Criteria Manual" (if applicable) prepared by the Landlord and provided to the Tenant.

(a) .1 Following approval by the Landlord, the Tenant shall install its initial Leasehold Improvements and Trade Fixtures in accordance with the provisions of Schedule "C" annexed hereto this Lease and the "Design Criteria Manual" (if applicable) in exact accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Tenant and approved in writing by Landlord and provided prior to the Tenantcommencement of any work.
